INFORMATION ABOUT THE HOLIDAY COMPLEX
Built in 1862, the Söödi farm was renovated and rebuilt into a magnificent mansion, the old barn remains from the old farm and some of the old log walls have been left visible in the interior.
At your disposal you willl have the entire holiday complex, which consists of – the main house, the guest house, the sauna house and the mill house. The main house and the Sauna house can also be rented separately and at the same time so another event cannot be added to the other houses. So you can enjoy your event without any disturbances.
CATERING SERVICE
When organizing a big event, order catering from Roosta Catering, all meals will be served according to your choice, you can see the sample menu here. If you wish, you can bring your own drinks or order them from the catering. The catering bill is paid separately.
INFO ABOUT BOOKING
Book the big event well in advance. Make a reservation through our website, 35% of the cost of the entire rental period must be paid to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid 2 weeks before the rental period.

Külalistemajas on kaks korrust, millest esimesel asub elutuba kaminahjuga, kööginurk, elektrisaun, 1 tualett, 1 eraldi magamistuba (1 ekstra suur kahe inimese voodi + 1 ühene voodi) ja teisel korrusel on magamisalad kokku 4 voodit(120cm), elutoas on lahtikäiv 2 inimese diivanvoodi.
Saunamaja esimesel korrusel on suur kaminatuba kööginurga ja pika lauaga, suure eesruumiga puukerisega saun, suur pesemisala, SPA mullivann(eritasu), kümblustünni võimalus õues (eritasu), 2 tualetti. Teisel korrusel asub puhkeruum ja 4 magamistuba. Kokku magamiskohti kuni 16 inimesele voodid(120cm) 7tk, voodid(80cm) 2tk, 1 diivan, ja 1 madrats.
800m2 suurte saalidega – Peamajas on kaks korrust, millest esimesel asub kaminahall, suur saal (kuni 100le külalisele), rehetuba, suur köök-söögituba, teisel korrusel asub siserõdu, 8 magamistuba. Magamistoas on 10 kahe inimese voodit, 11 üheinimesevoodit, 2 diivanvoodit ning vajadusel saab avada 12 lisavoodit. Lisaks saab ööbida külalistemajas või suures saunamajas. Suvel on võimalik ööbida ka veskimajas.
