The main building of Villa Nõva has a large hall for holding seminars and various parties for up to 100 people, a large kitchen/dining room and a number of spacious bedrooms with various homey furnishings.

800m2 of space with large halls – the main house has two floors, the first, which has a fireplace hall, a large hall (for up to 100 guests), a dining room, a large kitchen-dining room, an inner balcony, 8 bedrooms on the first and second floor. The bedroom has 10 double beds, 11 single beds, 2 sofa beds, and 12 extra beds can be opened if necessary. In addition, you can spend the night in the guest house or the large sauna house. In summer, it is also possible to spend the night in the mill house.

CATERING SERVICE
To organize a big event, order catering from Roosta Catering, all meals will be served according to your choice, you can see the sample menu here. If you wish, you can bring your own drinks or order them from catering. The catering bill is paid separately.

INFO ABOUT BOOKING
Book the big event well in advance. Make a reservation through our website, 35% of the cost of the entire rental period must be paid to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid 2 weeks before the holiday.
