Unguarded parking is free for guests.

Maintained parking lot with grass cover for approx. 40+ cars. Parking for coach buses is also possible. If necessary, more cars can be parked with an advance notice.

Pets are not allowed without prior agreement.

Without prior agreement, it is forbidden to keep a tent or park a mobile home/trailer on the territory of Villa Nõva.

The rental period of the complex starts on the day at 15:00 and ends on the last day of the rental period at 12:00. Times can be changed if possible by prior agreement.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Price inquiries can be submitted by phone or e-mail.

Booking confirmation by e-mail or as an e-booking.

The amount of the reservation fee is at least 35% of the price offer.

The reservation is only valid if the reservation fee is paid by the deadline.

Payment in cash or by a bank transfer.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Reservation cancellation must be submitted via e-mail: info@villanova.ee

The reservation is considered cancelled from the moment the cancellation notice is delivered to the lessor.

In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is non-refundable, but can be used as a deposit for a new reservation within 2 years.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is obliged to ensure compliance with fire safety rules throughout the rental period.

The customer is obliged to fully compensate for the damage caused by fault or negligence of themselves or their guests (for whom they are responsible).

The customer is also fully responsible for all details and inventory that are stolen or broken from the complex during the rental period.

Breaking or severely damaging property, vomiting, losing things, etc.

The client has to pay according to the value of the inventory.

NB! Client must make main cleaning before returning property.

Additional cleaning costs incurred after vomiting/urinating are reimbursed by the client according to the invoice (bed linen, bed/sofa, blankets, pillows, etc. dry cleaning).

The use of any kind of pyrotechnics during the flammable period is prohibited. To use any kind of pyrotechnics it must be in agreement with the owner, it requires coordination with the local fire department.

For using non-coordinated pyrotechnics – fine 500€

Smoking is prohibited in all the houses of Villa Nõva!

It is not allowed to take inventory out of the building.
